How to personalise your webmail interface using the various options under Settings.
General Preferences
Inbox Folders – These options allow you to change the default order of your messages and how many show on the screen at any time.
Messages – Change your font size for more comfortable reading.
Message Actions, Replying – When replying to an email you may wish to include the original message so that an ongoing conversation develops or start afresh with a blank email.
Compose Message Settings – You can adjust the way your Compose Message window looks to suit how you send emails. For more help with composing emails click here.
Signature
Create a signature to append to your outgoing messages
Preferred Reply Address
If you have more than one email address associated with your mailbox, you will need to add them with this function if you wish to choose between them when sending new emails.
Contact Importer
Import your contacts from your desktop e-mail program.
To import an address book, it must be first exported to a comma separated value file (CSV). Both Outlook and Outlook Express have a tool built in to create this file. Please check out the tutorials below.
