Adding and using contacts

Use the contacts page to store all the contact details of your friends, family and colleagues.
From the contact screen, click on  to start building your contact list. When you next send a message from webmail, you’ll be able to select any of these contacts instead of typing in the email address manually. More info on how to send emails to your contacts is available under Sending email.
This button will list all your saved contacts.
The search function allows you to find a contact by first name, last name, postal or email address.
An existing contact list can be imported from your Outlook or Outlook Express. A tool to import your address book is available in Settings. To import an address book, it must be first exported to a comma separated value file (CSV). Both Outlook and Outlook Express have a tool built in to create this file.
