Page cannot be found

When you open Internet Explorer, instead of asking you to connect to the Internet, it immediately comes up with the error: page cannot be found.

In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools menu, then Internet Options (or click on View then Internet Options for Internet Explorer 3 and 4), in Internet Explorer.

In Internet Options, select the Connections tab.  Make sure there is a black dot showing next to Always Dial My Default Connection. Under the Connection tab you will notice a large white text box called Dialup and Virtual Private Network Settings or simply Dial-up Settings depending on your version of Internet Explorer. In this box, highlight your Orcon connection, and click on the button Set as default.
