A big message won't download

If your emails are taking long to come down to your computer, it is possible you may have a large email waiting to download. Symptoms can include time-out errors, or long periods of inactivity.
Large emails containing attachments can take long to download on a normal modem. It is usually a good idea to advise friends and family that you do not have a broadband (e.g. Jetstream) connection, and are unable to download large emails.
To remove the large email, you can log into the Member section on the Orcon website. Enter the webmail interface, and delete the large email. Alternatively, you can give the Helpdesk a call, so we can manually remove the large email for you.
