A big message won't download
  If your emails are taking long to come down to your computer, it is possible you may have a large email waiting to download. Symptoms can include time-out errors, or long periods of inactivity.

How to Stop Outlook from Dialing ISP When Starting Up
  When you start Microsoft Outlook, it may automatically try to make a dial-up connection if your profile contains an Internet Mail transport service. This article describes how to prevent Outlook from dialing the modem when starting so that you can work off-line and use Remote Mail. With Remote Mail, Outlook makes the dial-up connection only while you are checking and delivering mail.
I'm not in front of my computer, how do I check my emails?
  If you are currently abroad, or travelling around the country, you can still access your Orcon emails, even when you are not infront of your computer.
Large or Small Font Printing Message from Outlook Express
  After you upgrade Microsoft Internet Explorer to version 5.5 and later, and you print a message from Outlook Express, the font size may be too large or small.  This behavior may also occur occur if the print drivers are not set to the same font size (the default font size is medium) as the text size.
My password fails
  When checking your email, you may be prompted to type in your password again, although it has already been saved.
Problems importing old emails from Outlook Express
  Unable to import old emails from and older version of Outlook Express, into a later or new version of Outlook Express. Outlook Express reports that emails are not being found, although pointing to the correct folder where they are stored.
This Folder Has Been Damaged
  When you try to delete a message from the Deleted Items folder in Internet Mail 1.0, you may receive the following error message: This folder has been damaged. It will now be repaired. This error message may be followed by the following error message: The selected message could not be deleted. An error has occurred. NOTE: You may also receive these error messages if the Empty messages from the Deleted Items folder option is enabled.
Unable to Open .eml File Attachments in Outlook Express
  When you attempt to open an .eml attachment in Outlook Express, either the file may not open or you may receive an error message that states that there is no program associated with this file type.
What is winmail.dat that someone sent me in my email?
  When someone sends me an email it contains an attachment called winmail.dat in place of the intended attachment. I cannot open the attachment.
