I keep getting disconnected when checking emails

When checking emails, your dial-up connection will automatically disconnect after receiving your emails.
Outlook Express has a feature where it can automatically disconnect after sending and receiving emails. This feature is useful if you do not wish to spend too much time online.
To disable this option, follow the below instructions:
1. Open Outlook Express, then click on Tools from the tool bar, and click on Options
2. Click on the Connection tab along the top, and remove the tick from the box Hang up after sending and receiving
