I get a busy signal - Error 680

When connecting to the Internet, you will get error 680, the line is busy.
Check the phone number your computer is dialling
If your computer's country settings is set incorrectly, it may think you are dialling from another country and either dial the incorrect numbers or use pulse dialling. Follow the below instructions to correct this fault:
1. Double click on My Computer then Control Panel
2. Double click on Modems
3. Click on the Dialing Properties button
4. Ensure the country and area code are correct. Also make sure you are Tone Dialing and not Pulse dialing.
